Job Description:

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and recruiting top Computer Science talent from universities and educational platforms. You will work closely with our training team to ensure seamless integration of new hires into our personalized training programs, setting them up for success within our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Computer Science departments and career services at target universities to promote our company as a top employer for new graduates.
  • Implement effective recruiting strategies to attract, screen, and recruit top-tier Computer Science graduates.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including attending career fairs, organizing campus recruitment sessions, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
  • Coordinate with our training team to facilitate the onboarding and training process for new hires.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates and nurture relationships with promising students early in their academic careers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A background in Computer Science or a related technical field is highly advantageous.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, specifically with a focus on hiring recent graduates or entry-level technical positions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network effectively with university staff and students.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple recruitment drives simultaneously.
  • Passionate about providing opportunities to new graduates and helping them grow professionally.

Gender: Female

Working Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday
Equivalent Working Hours (Nepal Time): 6:45 PM to 2:45 AM, Monday to Friday
